Practicing outdoors activities, especially in the natural and wild environment of a white water river conveys very strong values, creates a special relationship with nature, thus enhancing self-develoment.

According to your budget and program, we can set a white water training for you, or arrange a multiple sports stay in collaboration with our diverse partners from the Vallée de l’Ubaye :

The white water sport are enjoyable acivities which don’t need you to be experimented, apart from being a fair swimmer : Being able to swimm 25 meters and to immerse ;a swimming attestation is mandatory.

All our guides have a state qualification as sports instructors.
