| I ADMISSION | ||
The activities proposed by Anaconda Rafting are open to all. You must know how to swim 25 metres, be able to go under the water and be in good physical condition. Certain activities require a minimum age.

| II INSCRIPTION | ||
The participant must agree to the terms and security documents (for the courses and travels) In the case of a group all participants must read and agree to the general conditions. |

| III RESERVATION | ||
All reservations will be confirmed when 50% of the payment has been received. Reservations should be made a minimum of 30 days before your arrival. For groups of more than 30 people and those who ‘voyage’ with us the full payment must be received by us at least 15 days before departure. For groups of less than 30 people the full payment is to be made on arrival at Anaconda Rafting. |

| IV CANCELLATION | ||
For groups of less than 30 people: all cancellations must be made 15 days before, a registered letter must be sent to Anaconda rafting and you will be refunded your 50%. Less than 15 days before you will not be refunded. For groups of more than 30 people: the 50% will not be refunded if you decide to cancel. If Anaconda rafting cancels you will be fully refunded but will not receive any compensation. Reservations and dates are decided by you and our staff, any changes made to these dates must be signaled to Anaconda rafting 15 days before, they can be changed to suit you. If you do not let us know 15 days before you will not be refunded. In the case of group activities if the numbers change you must let us know 15 days before, failure to do so will result in you loosing your 50%. The 50% payed in advance for a participant who then does not come cannot be used to pay the remaining 50% for somebody else, except in the case of an accident, serious illness or death. |

| V SERVICES | ||
Anaconda rafting reserves the right to change, cancel or alter all programs with or without due notice depending on conditions: ie weather, water levels or anything else which could affect your security. The guides have the right to change the routes and activities as they see fit regarding security. For security reasons the guides, and only them, are the judges of moral and physical aptitudes of the participants and reserve the right to decide whether the participant is capable to do the activity, the participant has no right to claim any compensation. |

| VI INSURANCE | ||
Anaconda includes in its prices the insurance ‘civil liability’. The contract satisifies the obligation of insurance required by the law N° 84-610 of 16th July 1984, and the decree N° 91-582 of 19 June 1991. The insurance declaration: the victim of a corporal accident, as well as the declaration, must submit a medical certificate indicating the injuries and their consequences within 5 days of the accident, fault to do so will result in the loss of insurance concerning the accident. |
